While the management of Jukasa Motor Speedway still hope to host events at the facility this season, the Jukasa Festival of Bikes which was set for August 8 and the All-Star Monster Truck show that was scheduled for August 22nd have been postponed until 2021.

The inaugural Jukasa Festival of Bikes was shaping up to be a huge show so management waited as long as possible to make the difficult decision. But with gathering limits still capped at 100 in the Jukasa area, the Jukasa Festival of Bikes will debut in 2021.

“Now that we’ve seen the interest level and with the added planning time we can make this event even bigger for next year,” said Alex Nagy, general manager of Jukasa Motor Speedway. “We look forward to seeing motorcycle fans, manufacturers, vendors and Flat Track Canada competitors at Jukasa next summer.”

The All Star Monster Truck Show scheduled for August 22 is another inaugural event planned for Jukasa this year that is being moved to 2021.

“With the recent extension of the Canada/USA border crossing closure through most of August and with the producers and many trucks coming from the USA for this show, it is next to impossible to have this exciting event this year,” said Nagy.

Bryan Wagner, from All Star Motorsports Productions echoes Nagy’s comments.

“Our teams and staff were so excited to come to Jukasa and meet the Canadian fans this summer so this is very disappointing but out of our control. We hope to see everyone in 2021 with a show you won’t soon forget.”

Fans who have tickets for these shows this year should keep them for 2021; the dates are expected to be announced later this year. Email info@jukasamotorspeedway.com for more information.

Fans can expect updates in the coming days in regard to the events that remain on Jukasa’s 2020 schedule, including the Canadian Short Track Nationals.

Management continue to monitor government and public health authority COVID-19 restrictions and while there is much to consider, the well-being of all remains their number one concern.

On behalf of everyone at Jukasa, management thanks its fans for their patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty. We will get through this together.

Stay safe, stay healthy, and thanks for your continued support of Jukasa Motor Speedway.

See everyone soon!
